You are what you eat.

One of the key components to healing the body is being mindful of what you put on the end of your fork. If you want to heal you have to create the correct conditions to do so.
You have to get tough and you have to be consistent in order to see improvements.

This is one of the hardest but most rewarding things I have achieved and its a lifestyle I will now always maintain, there is no going back. Sure it’s been frustrating at times but as time has gone on I have settled into it and became more creative in the kitchen as a result. I understand how crucial it is to maintain my health and it is one of the reasons I have been able to reduce my medication to just 5mg from 125mg!!

I am supporting my body through food alone which is why I can’t stress enough how seriously, the food we are consuming is. I want you to heal too but you have to take this vital step and start feeding your body what it need to heal, all else is madness.
