Chocolate and Almond Nice Cream

This is the perfect treat for the warm weather and you can enjoy it knowing exactly what’s in it. I prepare this beautiful nice cream all year round as a healthy alternative to dairy ice cream. There are no hidden nasties, it’s just pure goodness without the guilt!

For the Fudge

50g coconut flour

3tbsp cacao powder

6tbsp Maple syrup

3/4 tsp vanilla extract (alcohol- free if you can get it)

Pinch of salt.

For the Nice Cream

6 peeled, sliced and frozen bananas

175g Smooth Almond Butter

3tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
